-All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and replace it with similar product available.  

-Delivery Fee

Flat rate of $15 for every order but it is FREE delivery for orders over $60.

 

-Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to the address that you have provided on your order.  

 

-Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order ASAP. Pre-order days are Sunday 8pm PST through Thursday 8pm PST, except holidays. Please note we only deliver Saturday as this moment.

 

 

-Delivery Instructions

If you are NOT home by the time of delivery and as long as there is a cool and safe place for your driver to leave your product, then you have nothing to worry about! but *PLEASE PROVIDE US A COOLER to place the donuts to keep them on the safe temperature. Keep in mind that donuts must be kept cold so we encourage you to refrigerate them as soon as possible

 

Donuts should not be left outside more than an hour. 

 

We will contact you for delivery times as this is crucial for our product safety and health standards. If you live in a building that requires access for the driver to get in, you MUST be present at all times. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the accurate address but are stolen due to inability to access your home/building. Our driver will take a photo of the product that is delivered in the requested address and Benefit.Donut will NOT be responsible if it is delivered and stolen. 

 

-Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately. Make sure to include a photo of the product that are damaged.

Contactless Curbside Pickup is a safe, convenient and free way to get the goods fast.*

Your safety and convenience is our priority. Place your order online from your computer, tablet, or your phone. When you receive an email that your order is ready for pickup, use the step-by-step instructions down below. 

 

Step 1: Select Curbside Pickup.

Shop our site and add your selections to your cart. On the “Review and Place Your Order” screen, select “Curbside Pickup” and place your order. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

 

Step 2: Get ready. Get set. Go.

Your confirmation email will include instructions on where to park and how to let us know you’ve arrived at the destination. Remember, you can ask your friend or family member* any time it’s not convenient to pick up the order yourself. We just need a confirmation from you about the name of the person and contact number. 

 

Step 3: Drive up. Get the goods.

Let us know when you arrive, and we’ll bring your items to you, or to your designated pickup person. Just pop the trunk and you’re on your way.
